Stress Engineers
Support development of aircraft cargo loading system with emphasis on structural integrity, customer specification and airworthiness of the product.
Mechanical Design Engineers
Support new product design of aircraft cargo loading system through all phases of design including analysis, test and airworthiness of the product.
Tool Design Test Engineers
Support the testing department by creating ATP's, designing test fixtures and QA fixtures and reviewing test reports related to the analysis, test and airworthiness of the product.
Maintainability Engineers
Plan maintenance tasks, schedules and procedures for Aircraft Systems, specifically Cargo Handling equipment, including Electromechanical Military Transport Aerial delivery systems.
Manufacturing Engineers
Support First Production Group to define materials and manufacture process and/or assembly process methods from engineering drawings and specifications including machine selection and special tooling design. Support customer returns group in rework, root cause analysis, and corrective and preventive actions.
Associate Environmental Testing Engineer
Responsible for writing
technical test reports for cargo handling equipment to be used in commercial and military aircraft programs (A400M, C130, C27J, C390, CX, CH47, EH101 and any new programs). This is an entry level position.
Senior Environmental Testing Engineer
Lead role in planning, build and performance
tests on systems and components to determine operability, quality, performance,
and suitability. Troubleshoots, repairs and modifies systems and components as
appropriate. Testing is performed in accordance with RTCA/DO-160 and
MIL-STD-810.
Senior Project Engineer
Technical project management of an Aircraft
System development program (A400M, C130, C27J, C390, CX, CH47, EH101 and
any new programs). Successful candidate must know CATIA V5 (8K to
10K hours) experience, in order to drive the design projects. Also, the
candidate must be an expert in MS Project, Excel, and DOORS.
